A Spanish therapeutic tale to free ourselves from school bullying, with eft aswell.

     Hello,

We would like to introduce you a Spanish modern tale writen for teenagers to free themselves from bullying. The book is called CQP 1.0 which is the name of a computer program that will help our main character free himself from the attacks of his school mates. One of the key elements that will help him transform a life condemned to dispair and failure into one of inner growth and victory is for sure EFT  due to its incredible value as a tool for helping release and transform the very difficult emotional turmoil a bullied kid goes through.

CQP 1.0 is a book, its a process and its a journey. By following the story the readers will  engage in a powerful transformative process that will help them overcome the emotional, psychological and even physical effects of bullying .

The story has been very carefully constructed as a therapeutic modern tale, with all the ingredients necessary to help the reader  awaken to the true nature of bullying and its tricks to keep us trapped, helpless and powerless. The truth, as our main character will discover is that, in any bullying situation, we are far from being powerless for we have in our hands the full capacity to overcome this attempt to dominate us. But while we are blinded by the hipnotic projections of our aggressors, we are far from realising how we are being pulled into a war game with rules and outcomes that we have not designed nor aggreed upon.

Bullying ´s main intention is to create victims. With CQP 1.0, victimhood is completely reversed by engaging ourselves in a journey of self discovery and transformation, cutting through lies, power games and other manipulations.

Goyo is a young teenager who is under attack from a group of school bullies. Up until now he has been suffering in silence all kinds of humiliations in the hope that his problems would just vanish. The truth is he is alone and abandonned by his other class mates who consider him a coward and a looser and nobody is offering him a solution. He is about to give up.

It is in this precise moment when a door is opened and he makes contact with the author of a mysterious diskette claiming to be a computer program that will liberate him from bullying.

The program is a combination from the life experiences of its author, Roge, the school caretaker, a man who was bullied and became a bully in his childhood. His life as a sailor on an english merchant navy ship and his experiences in a mysterious and unknown african town will be crucial for the unfoldment of CQP 1.0, the program.

With the insights and the techniques acquired, Goyo will now find a new reason and strength to transform his own life and free himself from the trap of bullying.

Free to be himself for the first time in his life, he is now a teenager who´s managed to transform a tale of failure into an adventure of success and self empowerment.

The book addresses bullying in two main avenues, the psychological and the emotional. In the first term, the main goal is to realise how the bully projects onto its victim a distorted vision of reality which leaves him helpless and powerless. Once understood, one can neutralise this and the other war tools employed by the aggressors.

The other aspect deals with the effects of an aggression on the emotional and physical level.By encouraging young people to discover their emotions, the book will empower them never to be a victim of them any more and to surf the seas of their feelings opening themselves to experience their true nature as beings of joy and freedom that we all are.

We hope to be able to translate it soon in English but meanwhile here´s our spanish website:
