    Cross eyed grandchild

My 22 month granddaughter is cross eyed in both eyes and also has muscle palsy in the lower muscle of her left eye which causes her eye to drift upwards.  I have been using EFT in to get to the emotional causes and have uncovered much around her birth - forceps delivery, being pulled out, anger at the medical staff for not giving her time to enter the world under her own steam, sorrow at letting mummy down, guilt because mummy had to be cut, feeling of failure......  The list goes on and I am still tapping on these and other issues a they arise and although I feel that I may be making progress at an emotional level there is, as yet, no change physically.  Am I on the right track or is there anything else I should be considering here?  She is due to have an operation within the next month with no guarentee of success so I aould like to do all I can to help.  I know how powerful EFT is as I use it myself and in my private practise nd just want ot make sure that I am doing all I can.  thanks for your help.

    Re: Cross eyed grandchild

I am currently working with 2 children with similar issues.    Age 7 and 9.  the 9 year old is going for several consultations for possible surgery.

You are on the right track tapping for emotions and aspects.   The one that stands out for me and my clients is the BELIEF system.  I have watched almost all of Gary's DVD's.  and one of things that somes accross as you see him work with people is the BELIEF system.   Several of his clients had such a strong belief and language that they had acquired from the various medical professionals.

I would tap on the belief that the eyes can be balanced naturally.   Such as even tho I , parents, physicians, etc believe that surgery is the best way to correct my eyes. .. . .     I forgive. .. . .   etc.   then place "in circuit"   I believe differently,   I believe it is possible to balance my eyes and the muscles ( use all the terms the medical professionals use as different aspects)  balance naturallly.

     Keep me posted.

one other idea.   because you are related to this child, I would consider having a session ( can be via phone) with an experienced practitioner who might get to aspects that you aren't seeing.

Best to you for using this terrific technique on your grandchild.

    Hello Christine,

Good advice from Cindy to add to your fine work.  May I suggest that you begin to tap for your grandchild or on your grandchild, if possible, "as if" her eyes are already balanced and in the correct position. For example: "I am so happy and grateful that my eyes are straight and even."  "I am so happy that my vision is better and getting better everyday"  or "I allow healing and wellbeing for my eyes."

    Happy Tapping!
