    Hello,

It would be good to know how old your neice is and if there are other issues that may be interfering with her progress.

    HI

    Thanks for responding

Her age is one year and nine months, super active child, we know she is small , but we just want her to tell her mother before passing urine so that she take her to washroom as she pass urine on floor and messed up her hands and feet. She tell her mother about potty but while passing urine she enjoy  to make it on floor, interestingly she knows she is doing something wrong and  start smiling and laughing in a naughty way.

We also bought a beer and try to demonstrate that the beer use wash room and also get the bear to  put on an underwear . she ask the bear to go to bath room but refuses to go to bath room when her turn comes , she use a plastic pot easily for potty but for urine start crying. She understand every thing but great resistance in this manner, when she was just one year and smaller  her mother take her to pot or wash room and that was her easy routine without resistance. But now she is too much agitated may be due to the arrival of her baby brother four months before. Also pl tell me why EFT does nt work. Cant do much as she don’t allow eft as well, but surrogate ,but it also didn’t work.

If you need any further questions pl feel free to ask

I would recommend surrogate tapping to start out with.  Begin with working on her resistance and agitation.  Then you can work on any fears that she may have, such as falling in, or getting "dirty".  Also be sure to address issues that she may be having with the newer sibling.  She may be trying to get attention or just resisting "growing up". As her agitation eases, she will be more open to tapping. The bear will also be helpful to her.

    Hello again,

It sounds as if your neice is very bright and quite verbal.  While it is not impossible for a child to become potty trained quickly and easily, it is a process that follows a course of developmental milestones.  Don't rush it -- she is not delayed.  Her intellect may be surpassing her physical ability to control her elimination.  Sue gave good advice for the tapping.  With a new baby coming, toddlers often regress in some of their behaviours.  It's all part of growing and learning. Your neice should not be scolded or made to feel that she has done something wrong if she has an accident or makes a mess. Children enjoy making a messan think what comes out of their bodies is quite amazing. Please use only positive reiforcement for successful potty-ing.  Your neice and her Mom are lucky to have your help and caring.

    Happy Tapping!
