    Suggestions for kid's workshop

    Hi,

I was just asked by a local Performing Arts center to do a workshop for parents and their children.  I'm going to entitle it "Empowering your child".  I can easily work with individuals on issues, but was hoping to do tapping for everyone.

Can anyone suggest a format or some ideas for simple tapping exercises or approaches that I can do with everyone?  The children will vary in age from 5-12 probably.

    Thanks.
    Ed

     Hi Ed,

You may want to make a short list of the issues that you believe the children face. I might suggest something like: anxiety, stage fright, physical limitations (for dance, perhaps being limber and relaxed), afraid they will make a mistake, etc.  Good luck. It would be great if  you can report back on how it went.

    Keep tapping,
