Try activities which involve the whole family equally

Encourage each child to develop their own hobbies and interests so that comparisons are irrelevant

Talk to your partner about the problems and be open about how you both feel

Try to arrange time each week to concentrate on each child, and your partner

Take time for yourself and keep in touch with friends

Join a local support group. Some groups run events which include siblings

For anyone else interested in using Tapping Techniques for Dyspraxia and the whole range of interconnected and quite often difficult to separate -Dyslexia, Autistic tendancies and ADHD I work with a variety of school groups of all ages right up to college level, running parental support groups and workshops for children and families alongside other specialist support.

The techniques as extraordinary good for any emtional content for anyone as you know. With regard to the use of tapping techniques for the specific difficulties usually associated with dyspraxic problems in planning, poor motor coordination, attention and perception the improved results both short and longer term are impressive in most cases. Used in conjunction with - occuptional therapy, speech and language experts and specialist educational staff, their reports also back up the excellent beneficial effects it enables.

I am midway in producing written material of practical applications, techniques and case details and a specific training module for EFT practitioners. Come back with your specific interest or questions or email direct.
