I didn&amp;#39;t like using the bottle to put him back to sleep, since he could eventually equate using food to &amp;quot;pacify&amp;quot; strong emotions. I decided to use surrogate EFT when I heard him start to cry, specifically using mental tapping on my own meridians. After a few rounds of Basic Recipe, he quieted down where before he would work himself into a frenzy that only a bottle would fix. Evidently, I haven&amp;#39;t gotten to the root issue, because he has these episodes a couple times a night, but we&amp;#39;re at least able to work through the night terrors effectively.</description></item></channel></rss>
