T hanks for your email. I have tried looking up the article but unfortunately am not abl to locate it anywhere. I have however tried following your other suggestion and though I have tried several ways of dealing with the problem I am not having any luck.

I hate to see my son like this. He is becoming extremely stubborn and using his ability to cry for the smallest thing.

Please help as I am beginning to feel desperate adn frustrated at not being able to resolve this for him.

Best wishes

Rhitu

Welcome to the forum.

Oh I remember those times well!! For me, I found that development stage quite a challenge. Whilst it's lovely to be needed and loved by your children, in some cases the clingly stage can be quite suffogating. I found myself in a fog of love, isolation and nappies often.

There is much that could be said her and many angles that you could approach this. I will first ask this - How do you feel? Be honest with yourself, sit down and list out the emotions positive and negative.

I think that it might be an idea to read the article Parents tap yourself first on this forum that I wrote a long time ago.

Have a read and a think and then post back about what to do.

Best Wishes

Christine

I am as a consequence not sure of t chehe results and whether I am really making any headway wit the isues I tap for.

I therefore write to you for help with my 14 month old son. He is generally a very happy and amiable baby. Of lately however I have been noticing that he has become extremely clingy and even if i step out of the room to go into the kitchen, he starts crying following me there. I would like to mention that my husband is a consultant and therefore stays out of town 4 days a week. Additionally, he refuses to sleep on his bed even though its next to mine and keeps getting up every hour and he needs to be picked up and patted back to sleep.I do not know if he is just scared that I will leave him and go as well.

I have tried EFT for him on all the above but I do not seem to be making any headway at all. Maybe the phrases I am using are not correct.... I am not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Apologies for the long email.

Best regards
Rhitu
