Hello Kenneth, One needs to know if this sleeping difficulty is a recent development. Is it a chronic, infrequent or a periodic occurrence? Does he sleep well once he goes to sleep or does he awaken during the night and have difficulty falling back to sleep? Tapping for sleep problems is quite effective...

One thought that comes to mind is what are the gains, the advantages of him having trouble getting to sleep? Identify those and tap on those underlying issues and see what comes up ....
